Responsibilities

 

As a concrete finisher in Canada, you will:

  • Smooth and finish surfaces using hand and power tools

  • Read and follow work plans and job specifications
  • Install formwork, control joints, and expansion joints
  • Ensure surfaces meet quality and safety standards
  • Work with other trades on construction sites
  • Follow workplace safety procedures at all times

 

Requirements

 

  • Language: Elementary English + B1 level French
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma preferred; vocational training in construction is an asset
  • Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience as a concrete finisher or in related construction work
